JJWins Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the JJWins website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you enter into a legally binding agreement with JJWins governed by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration on JJWins and accept these Terms at the point of sign-up.

These Terms should be read together with the JJWins Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JJWins. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Where changes are material, JJWins will provide notice to registered players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of JJWins after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and play on JJWins you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJWins does not permit registration or play by any individual under 18 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of JJWins.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on JJWins or any affiliated platform.

By registering on JJWins, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) JJWins account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds held across them.

When registering on JJWins, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. JJWins may require additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any point during your account's lifetime.

• Your JJWins username and password must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• JJWins staff will never ask for your password. If you receive any communication requesting your password, report it to our support team immediately.
• If you suspect that your JJWins account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through our support channels.
• JJWins is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

JJWins reserves the right to close or suspend any account that we reasonably believe to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or operating in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other players.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All funds deposited to and withdrawn from JJWins are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to your JJWins account balance.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on JJWins is Rs 1,000. Deposits are processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your JJWins account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JJWins does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount on JJWins is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within ten minutes. Bank IBFT and card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's schedule. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits or that have been verified against your JJWins account identity.

• All payment methods used on JJWins must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• JJWins does not accept cash deposits or payments via cryptocurrency.
• JJWins reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per day or per transaction. Current limits are displayed within your JJWins account dashboard.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed on the payment network.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

JJWins offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules below.

• Wagering requirements: All JJWins bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus on their JJWins account at any given time. Applying for a new bonus while another is active may forfeit the existing bonus.
• Game contributions: Not all games on JJWins contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute less than slots. The contribution rate for each game type is displayed in the bonus terms.
• Bonus expiry: All JJWins bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any wagering progress are forfeited when the bonus expires. The expiry period is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Abuse prevention: JJWins monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation. Players found to be systematically abusing the bonus system may have their bonus balance cancelled and their account reviewed.
• JJWins reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided to affected players.

6 Game Rules, Fairness & Technical Issues

JJWins offers a range of games including live casino titles, digital slots, sports betting, and specialty games. Each game on the JJWins platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any JJWins game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All digital games on JJWins use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures each outcome is statistically independent and unpredictable. Live casino games on JJWins use physically shuffled real card decks dealt by trained human dealers in real-time.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, JJWins will attempt to complete the round using the last confirmed bet. Where this is not possible, bets affected by genuine connection failures may be refunded at JJWins's discretion.
• JJWins is not liable for losses resulting from poor internet connectivity on the player's side.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects a game outcome, JJWins reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stakes.
• Bets are confirmed only when they have been fully accepted and acknowledged by the JJWins system. A bet displayed on your screen has not necessarily been confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification.
• JJWins does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game or the platform as a whole. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JJWins platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with JJWins games or the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any JJWins game, including poker, live casino, or any tournament format.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in JJWins games or platform software for financial gain. Such errors must be reported to JJWins support immediately upon discovery.
• Opening multiple JJWins accounts to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previous account suspension.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on JJWins.
• Attempting to launder money or use the JJWins platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JJWins staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or support tickets.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or verification processes.

JJWins takes fraud and collusion extremely seriously. Our security team actively monitors all accounts and game sessions for suspicious behaviour. Players found in breach of this section will not receive any warning prior to account closure in cases involving financial fraud or abuse.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the JJWins platform — including but not limited to the JJWins brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of JJWins or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JJWins platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any JJWins content without prior written permission from JJWins. Unauthorised use of JJWins intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

JJWins collects, stores, and processes personal data from registered players in order to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, and comply with our legal obligations. By registering on JJWins, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data held by JJWins and to request correction of inaccurate information at any time by contacting our support team.

10 Responsible Gaming

JJWins provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your JJWins account. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJWins and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to gamble, including losses sustained during normal gameplay on any JJWins game.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the JJWins platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues that prevent access to JJWins games or result in the loss of a game session.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your JJWins account where you have failed to maintain appropriate account security.
• Any third-party services, payment providers, or linked platforms used in connection with your JJWins account.

JJWins's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their JJWins account in the thirty days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JJWins reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus rules — JJWins will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address registered to their account or via a platform notification displayed upon login.

It is your responsibility as a JJWins player to review these Terms periodically and stay informed of any updates. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the JJWins platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which JJWins is licensed and operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute between you and JJWins that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints and dispute resolution process should be referred to the appropriate regulatory or arbitration body as designated by JJWins's licensing authority.
